Crepe Recipe

Crepe is French in origin, derived from Lain word cripa, which means”curled”. Basically it is originated from Brittany. It is a region in northwest of France. A crepe is a thin pancake generally made up from wheat flour.
Crepe is easy to make then we think. It is a great and delicious recipe as a desert. Crepe is a simple and easy, faster to make up than pancake. Let’s see the ways to make Crepe Recipe by these easy and quick ways.
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • Large White Egg
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Additional butter for cooking

Directions
For this we needs a large mixing bowl, combine milk and eggs together in the bowl, Mix up on the high speed until foamy add some milk and water stirring to combine, add sugar, salt, butter and beat until smooth.  Let’s see the step by step process of preparing Crepe.
  • At first we need a large mixing bowl, beat flour and egg together in it. Heat the frying pan over a medium heat.
  • Add milk and egg together in bowl and heat it up the fry pan moderately high heat. Put up some butter in it and Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the base of crepe turned into golden brown color and heat it until butters begins smoke.
  • Cook crepe over moderately high heat until bubbles just begin to form on the exposed surface, about one to two minutes. Lift up the edge to check the cooking process — if the crepe starts to burn before it is cooked through, turn down the heat. If it is not nicely browned after two minutes, turn up the heat.
  • Cook crepe continuously over two minutes until bubbles began check out it continuously if it starts burning before the actual time .turn down the heat and wait till the base of pan becomes brown than removed it from the fry pan and cover up with foil paper.
  • When whole process is completed, you can serve and you can serve by topping fruit jam, whip cream add some fruits it so that it will adds taste enjoy it.

  1. the batter was too runny and what about the sugar it did not call for ?~ waste of my time and ingredients
