Here is the complete information for the best Crepe Recipe. There is no special fry pan is required for preparing crepes simple frying pan is sufficient with butter. One of the most important thing about which we have to take care is the ratio of ingredients. This plays an important role for preparation of the best crepe.  The whole process will takes 20-30 minutes’ in cooking .The necessary ingredients we need are fry pan, large egg, salt, milk, sugar etc.

Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 ½ cup water (1 cup for original recipe)
  • Additional butter for cooking
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter


Directions
For the proper guidance follow these directions

  •  Mix up all the ingredients in a lager bowl i.e. eggs, vanilla, salt and sugar add about ¼ cup of flour to mix well. Place the crepe batter in the refrigerator for some time. Crepes will be less likely to tear during cooking, so this allows reducing bubbles.
  •         After mixing heat the small non-sticky fry pan. Add some butter to coat also pour little amount of butter at the center of pan cook for 30 seconds. Remove the cutting board after cooking another 10 seconds.
  • Heat the frying pan over high heat, spray its bottom with cooking spray when it is getting hot. Use batter then swirl pan so that you can easily cover whole pan in “thin Paper”
  • Continuously cooking for two minutes until bubble are began. It will start bubbling after actual time. Turn down the heat and wait for the time till its base becomes brown. After that remove it from fry pan.

                         Now it is ready for serving, add some fruits and whip cream to add taste.
